We give great, high quality, motivating, effective and stimulating group lessons to improve your fitness; to make you more flexible, and to get you into shape – and moreover keep you in shape, because that’s the most important thing.

You need absolutely no experience in dancing to take part in our successful group sports lessons. We are well known for our fabulous Zumba lessons, along with our effective Pilates, Freestyle Steps and Total Body Workout sessions.

At the same time, you won’t feel like you’re on a conveyor belt here, compared with large sport schools; we pay attention to every individual. With us you’ll get the optimal result from your workouts. Good music, a lovely atmosphere and lots of fun – the perfect ingredients to achieve and maintain your specific sporting goal.

‘You’re not limited to a certain lesson time and day, and it’s up to you when you want to do the lessons.’ We work with a monthly system and your membership can be cancelled on a monthly basis. Should you miss a lesson, you can make it up in another week or month; we’re really flexible about this. Sign up and experience it for yourself!

We have a fixed team of trainers working for us at our lovely, modern dance studio, and we guarantee a super workout in every single lesson.
