Have you always wanted to take part in a Steps lesson, but never dared to take the first step? Then join in with the group sports lesson ‘Steps Basics’! Teachers Rox and Colleen will explain the finer details and teach you easy moves that are good for your legs, buttock and hips, ‘step by step’. Along with this, you’ll work on your fitness and stamina and you’ll burn a huge amount of calories.
Steps is a form of movement to music (aerobics), in which a step (a sort of small platform you can step onto) is used. It’s a training suited to everyone, both young and old.
Monday 8-9 p.m. Steps Basics (Level 1)
Monday 9-10 p.m. Steps Basis/Medium (Level 1-2)
Wednesday 7-8 p.m. Steps Advanced (Level 2-3)
Sunday 12-1 p.m. Steps Basics (Level 1)
